Additional Information: Bought $200 Visa GC for $80 Cash App. Sent the funds and entered note, payment was completed as screenshot shows. Payment's still pending... Support says provide web receipt, but I don't have a web receipt option for the transaction to THEIR Cash App. In the last screenshot you can see I have the web receipt option for another payment to someone else but not ping shops Cash App. Support see's that via that the screenshot. Tells me to contact Cash App support (24 hour response time normally) That isn't how receiving features on Cash App that you don't have works unfortunately. Pings support sucks (Normally 2-3 Hour response time) I paid for it. Evidence shows that.. Please give me the gc or just give my $80 back :P No hate to the shop your support is really terrible.
