For the firs one, I will just post something simple that someone on my Ch requested, When paying with paypal for a Refund that might be rebilled, theres
a section to allow Automatic Payments, these can be turned off.
PAYPAL REBILL CANCELATION
Settings>Payments>Manage Automatic Payments>Cancel the ones u dont want rebill.
