    - Made it clear I was on a time crunch, paid promptly. 
    - Next morning, claimed I hadn't paid & didn't send an address.
    - He "forgot". 

    - Offers me free mentorship in SB for vouch & claims "didn't even know you were Snake" 
       -  1st three messages in the chat
    - Claims that what I paid him for wasn't included in his mentorship, when provided evidence "aight, i'll add it now" 
 - HQ Opsec Methodology!

    - I request a refund
        - 1st Refund offer 
        - 2nd Refund offer
        - 3rd Refund offer
            - Explains he doesn't have the resources to refund me.
                - Ledger
        - 4th Refund offer

    - Claims to have already talked to @Liars & other "High repped members" & they said not to refund.
    - Claims the FOUR refund offers don't matter because they were "unconsulted" 
    - Claims I never accepted any of the refunds, "It's not a smart under an account with such a unique name and UUID" and to just make a DD "and we'll see what staff thinks."

First off just wanna say Liars I did not say that you said to refund just said I talked to you and the high rep members said not to refund. In fact you talked to some of them about this without even knowing so thank you for that. Secondly yes I didn't talk to anyone else about this situation until last night. Third you purposefully made this thread a deal dispute for a higher amount than owed "Deal Dispute 750$ - @Jumpy22". It was a mistake to offer him a vouch copy as I had genuinely forgot. I made it clear that vouch copies specifically for vouches would last less than a week and would not include the $1.5k method (of which he has already viewed). The advertisements don't state anything about the opsec guide or the "How to start a refunding business" as those are WIP. They can only be found mentioned in the #Info channel once joining. It is as follows:
Overview:
 - Free labels (UPS & Fedex V3 & LIT) - DELIVERED
 - Semi-regularly updates stores list (can be split up between pinned messages) - DELIVERED
 - the $1.5k 0 investment method - DELIVERED
 - Information and guidance on existing stores - DELIVERED
 - OPSEC & keeping private - SEMI
 - How to run a refunding business (DOs & DONTs) - UNRELEASED

Once he brought up that Opsec wasn't posted (insinuating he needed it as he was going to start his refunding business up again soon) I immediately posted what I had done so far. Also while this is all going on he's talking about starting his refunding business back up AFTER viewing my methods, stores, and even previous chats in general. As he kept talking about how he wanted to buy a pin now and just bought a thread I was starting to feel uneasy about the whole situation so I went and consulted some people. I won't narc on my sources but Snake had also went to a couple of those members to complain about me which was immediately reported back to me. I'm more than willing to provide staff with archives of our chat.

Also gotta mention when put up to customer poll it was voted to instead find more stores to refund than to work on the two incomplete sectors.

And you can't now just go an use my methods in your service it just doesn't work like that. I offered to help you with orders because you were acting like you were in a tight spot and now you're claiming you "got coin". I've attempted to help you with your business which is more than I list on any advertisements or listing (beside the one you know is only viewable after joining the channel). As of right now can only refund $114. Also am I able to know what went against the rules. The user got exactly what they paid for and are now going to use my product in their own business. Have you also validated the chat export? A chat export is just an easy to edit HTML file and I wouldn't put it past Snake to edit it for his benefit considering he was willing to screenshot stuff out of context to defend his point.
