@SANTA You can refund him within 24 hours. If the proxies not allow mass checking then it will be pointless for anyone to check at good rate.

Of course, pool permits mass checking, however certain targets are blocking ips after mass checking, and I can't do anything about it, thus cpm is low. I never guaranteed high cpm on his targets; if there was a refund policy that offered that, a refund would have already been issued

This manner, users might request reimbursements simply because proxies got low cpm on their targets, even though there was no assurance of high cpm
