9 out of 11 purchased services.

Additional Information:
I have been using Radiant’s services for quite some time. However, recently many services I paid for have stopped working, and despite multiple attempts to get them fixed, there has been no progress.
 
Currently, only two services (YouTube and Netflix) are working, and all my attempts to resolve issues with the others have led to no resolution.
 
Here’s a breakdown of some of the services I’ve had issues with, along with the prices paid:

Spotify expired on April 29 and hasn’t been fixed since.
I heard nothing about Envato Elements after asking in feburary.
Blitz hasen't been working since the first month after purchase.
PS Deluxe and Magai have both been unusable since February.


I am requesting a refund for the following services due to persistent issues:
Spotify, Blitz, PlayStation Deluxe, and Magai totalling at $350

Netflix is working fine, and so is Youtube Premium and Amazon Prime (some of the time).
I don't care about Envato Elements and Adobe CC anymore.

With this, I am hoping TheRadiant will continue the support for my services: YouTube Premium, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
If not, I hope to find a fitting solution for these services as well.

My Discord where I had some of the purchased were terminated in 2023 from being on the server, but I have stored the tickettool links, however, they are returning an error now.
They have been a part of mine and Radiants telegram chat pinned, and they had been accepted.

Well theonly down upgrades reported to me are 
1) Spotify , you have been using it for over 2yrs i believe and have always received fixed but it has been removed from store as it got way too unstable and if needed i can give 2-3solos at max but nothing else

2) PS+ is having some issue due to which u were made to wait rest even that u have had for months

Am sorry but this dispute is straight up bs as 1st of all you have only sent me 2/11 items for fix rest i havent received a single msg of them being down
Spotify i have announced and removed family from store and u had it for over 2yrs so you cant claim am declining fixes and rest all upgrades of yours have always been fixed

Please dm on tg so this can be sorted out , if you are dissatisfied with the solution provided on tg you are most welcome to continue your case here but prior to that please dm on tg so this can be solved

Edit: No fix has been requested in last 1month after the last Magai fix for it , same for blitz am not sure i did his nf fix and so did i do the magai fix idk if i missed the blitz or was it done , PS And Spot are the only ones am aware that are down

Spotify Family is patched and he has had access for over 2yrs 0refund is possible so wont even debate it , as told previously and what has been provided to most Spotify family customers in past 2-3days can be provided to him aswell which is 2-3 solos 

PS is the only item which he can even raise a dispute for as he paid 140usd and had it for around 7months i believe [no downgrade in between] but at the time it went down due to method issue fix couldnt be done and indeed he is waiting on a fix for past 2months , i ask you to please dm me and i will look for a solution

According to the TOS and basic common sense also , the items which havent been reported as down or are working for 2yrs and then patched cant be disputed and even PS well will look into it as per TOS after 6months of usage if method patched no refund is done but ofcourse as thats a expensive upgrade a solution will be provided , awaiting his dm on tg

@Drkwn how was this opened 9days ago and i got pinged that its open just 29mins ago btw ?

I am not sure about the time delay, it had been a draft while I was waiting for a reply on my last message, maybe that's the issue.

I would not call this "straight up bs" as it's very relevant, with the limited access and very long waiting time. 

As stated in my original thread, I am very pleased with some of the services (YT, NF and Prime), however, very unsatisfied with the PS Deluxe situation (which we are currently going through on Telegram) and some of the other services.

We are indeed figuring this out on telegram, and will update the thread accordingly.
