this is a known problem when using sellpass especially free (hoodpay) payment method
@ThieX check his order id on "orders" "expired" section u should be able to find it, if locate the txid he sent u and see the transaction time and what order u had around that hour (duration of payment option before closure)
all should be good by then ig
