i dont get what ur talking about , it's not about my tos all is clear i don't really get what is this  really about
it's obvious i wont give a warranty of any kind to someone who load ( means who do fraud payement ) so before the deal i told him in pm and in the middleman group i cannot do any kind of warranty expect first login and that's all is good ,

second part is that he said account lasted for hours , delivery and confirmation on 12/25 , in two days he 12/27 he said it's desactivated

third part you said you sent 10 euro only one day , but in statement it shows 60 euro which is still low but i dont get why you lying about it

10 euro first day and and rest second day revolut  asked you to upload  proofs of funds and invoice related to business before 21 days
i dont know what you have uploaded then got desactivated https://postimg.cc/061LQV9m   another reason why i dont give warranty because some buyers wont care they will just rip the account and ask for replacement again and again
statement wont show amount rejected so cant know if u tried to load up and they desactivated

the part which i dont get is why you accepting to buy a bank which is not a peace of cake without warranty , to later come and complain because you did do something wrong

no warraty doesn't mean the quality is bad , ( i have many clients and can show u more than 2 accounts from my client still working so far for months if not years )

no offense but really feel this is not fair
also  if i could replace i would but they really cost me time and money
