ISSUE SOLVED WITH THE SELLER 

Additional info:

I purchased a two ways plane ticket in May and my trip got cancelled before they booked the tickets.

I asked him if I could get a refund and he told me only a credit could be given. I agreed.

Now I have contacted them to redeem my credits from a new telegram account as I have lost my other telegram but they are unable to find the credit they gave me.

I have provided them with my full name which I used for the initial order, the TXID of the payment, the exact dates and even the link of the initial booking but still, they tell me they can't find my credit.

I'm asking for an admin to intervene on this and propose a solution so I don't lose my money.
