Additional Information: @Murphy offered me to start a new forum. I bought the hosting and domains and then he told me we couldn't do the forum anymore due to the original forum he was trying to copy going back online. I had paid for 3 months of webhosting which was 45$ cad and the domain which was 60e. I either want him to refund that or complete his deal and copy the forum.

i did not sell you a dead domain, domain was suspended almost a week after you purchased it, at the time i sent it, the domain was working fine, @J_S can also confirm that we agreed that i would edit the graphics and the index to the new domain to make up for the lost domain.
