It works in any country. I explained that if the user you are using doesn't have debts is going to work. My method is clear. I am still looking for another store and due the high volume of messages I have I haven't been able to respond him, I don't even know who is him. If he sends another message I'm going to look further to help.

Everyone can do this if he follows the steps I gave, you said you could get 1:1 IDs, I don't think they are 1:1 if they are not accepting them. My own way is using real IDs, and you said yours where 1:1 so if they're 1:1 it must work.
Also, you could have sent another message before opening a dispute because we could have fixed things on another way. When I said I don't know who you are I mean on Telegram as your name is different, I have plenty of messages and couldn't find your name. I'm still looking for a shop that can be used on PL, but you can use the shops I provided.
