I told you I'll advertise any other service. You added me to AMF and said "Advertise this" . That's a group doing nothing, with ZERO products or services, how can I advertise a group in groups for services and products? You were begging for free e-whoring packs in that group

I was never begging for any packs.. wtf are you talking about. What does it matter which group you advertise? Makes absolutely no difference. You are just avoiding me thats all.

Hello everyone and first of all I want to apologize for my answer here, I know I'm not supposed to answer on a report that has nothing to do with me, but fivio sent me his thread in private message because I'm a bit concerned.
I confirm that indeed, blvck service is down 90% of the time, I also paid $250 and I regret it, I did not really have time to make a scam report because I had completely forgotten 
he has weird ways of forcing all the people who contact him to buy from him because apparently R3born vouched for him.He  forces his customers to buy by insulting his competition in my case EliteEmper0r ( I used to buy ads from him and his service is 100 times more stable and reliable than blvck's)
Basically, he offers a very low quality service, and I'm personally not satisfied. With the number of reports there are currently against him, I think he's just going to leave the forum, so I'm not going to waste my time making a report as well, but if he decides to be honest and refund the money, I'll contact him in private message to maybe get my $250 back.no beef is intended here, I'm just sharing my experience so that this report can be solved more easily and quickly, thanks.

I feel like I also should add a comment to this scam report.
I am also one of his customers and I personally bought the 280$ plan (200$ cuz he offered a discount).
You can check the log of 10 days (I noted down the views almost every single day) of what he calls advertising (basically "a message in 700+ groups, EACH 30 mins as specified in the sales thread")


(quick note: there are 2 numbers adding up because in some groups you can't send gifs so another message had to be created)

10 days, a message each 30 mins in over 700 groups and ONLY 5.3k views?
Yeah, idk what to say...

He should either fix his services or refund, at least partial refund to his customers because he's not providing what we bought.
After complaining to him in his dms, he keeps saying the same thing that the accounts gets limited and he can't do anything about it.
But we never get warned that this should happen. He's talking as we would have known the telegram rate limits.
