Impossible to determine the difference between upgrade and shared account with the description. The first one is labeled personnal account, the upgrade too. Actually it's a shared account.No mention of no cloud gaming. Xbox game pass ultimate without the cloud is standard Xbox game pass. No refund allowed.

The problem is not if it works or not. The problem is that you don't sold xbox game pass ultimate,

1 : You sold a shared account Xbox game pass (standard because no cloud ) with an invonvenient tricks to link the MS Account and ours computers by the same way of all your costumers (144 not 1500) to a shared account, and all privacy related problem that can occur. Actuallly we can see the exact location of all your costumers in this account. And of course without the cloud gaming that is include in ALL Xbox game pass ultimate.
2 : When you buy Netflix UHD and the seller say to you, finally you got only HD but don't worry you got access to the same content but you don't have the UHD function. What happen ? It's a scam.
3 : You know exactly what you do that's why you don't refund and ghost people.

you can just change the password of your shared account, I will loose access immediately, if you have really 1500 sold you need to change frequently the password for people that got period expired. Not a big deal, your bot on discord is ready, people will just have to take the new password and enjoy his standard xbox game pass... just do it and refund me.

Where does the product say it supports some cloud gaming? I only sell this method for people to play gamepads games that are in the library.
