I have used these guys before and got a flight from them. So I didn't use escrow. I tried booking multiple hotels and a flight and they fucked me over. They said they needed more time and I understood that they were not online after I booked, but promised me it could be done anyway. Never recieved any of it. So after this, i asked for a full refund and I got kicked from the group. Since then I have been in direct communication with his "support page" and he has kept saying soon and sent me a small portion of it a week ago. He keeps saying it will come soon (This has been on-going for nearly 3 weeks)
