Additional Information: Idk what this guy is smoking, I had to open a dispute 2 months ago to get him to fix his product, after he refused to fix for over 2 weeks.
In the same situation now, product stopped working on December 29, I opened ticket, he responded once in 10 days and closed ticket on Jan 09 without solving issue.
He claims his ticket system was overloaded, and asked his entire server to make new tickets. I remade a ticket and provided all details again.
3 days ago he finally messaged saying he’ll resolve, and has stopped responding since then.
