I contacted Mikael in November to buy a Lenovo refund method, as explained on his thread it say that it's not a regular method, it's something new.
I asked him if it can work in France, he told me yes it can work, as you can see in those screenshot.
Onced i paid I received well explained, with 4 different method to refund Lenovo, but common, those method are basics, already saw it before.
Anyway I didn't said anything about it and decided to try one of the method, so I asked Mikael if the return with signature is the safest way.
He told me yes, then once I received my Lenovo laptop, I ask for a return to Lenovo. Lenovo did not offered any options and I ended receiving a mail about the return through TNT transporter. I asked them to change the return way but they told me that TNT pickup courier was the only option.
I transferred this info to Mikael, and asked him for help, he then add me to a group with other customers were I asked for help to admins without any answers from then.
Then I contacted back Mikael for him to help me or refund me, but keep ignoring me during 2 months.
Now his only options to offer me is to try another method from his ebook. He also claimed that when buying his method I should have tried it with low amounts even though I paid 200$ just to have to dot the testing myself. This clearly is a lie, the seller clearly try to gain money whatever it cost.
I am simply asking that he refund me a method that did not worked. A method that does not match what he claim when I bought it.
