Dedicated SB window

I can make Sb Picture in Picture and the sb can be longer as well! So, I can watch the sb, while watching a video or stream or something. That way there could be a dedicated emoji section, and we don't have to click twice to open the emoji tab and then choose the emoji.

It can also be integrated with if someone from Cto streams. (okay let's not do the streaming idea)

This will stay along with the main index sb.
