Cant you just use a combo editor, like xriskys or combo editor... unless im misunderstanding these will do what you need.

Both tools have this option, just combine your files and then load them in to the duplicate removers

You can test it by the way I posted above, if the result is as I posted, then it is a good tool
I dont need to test, i know it removes duplicates.. and so does the notepadd ++ method, the only thing you will need to do is combine those files then remove duplicates.

Yes, I use notepad ++ but it takes a lot of CPU to process them, someone can read my article and do stuff, it's great
