2- OP claims that the points got refunded : https://i.imgur.com/ivq8WRS.png - https://i.imgur.com/Tk6D9nL.jpeg, he received an acc with 5k+ points : https://i.imgur.com/PqYk3wC.png , and when i checked the same acc he got as a replacement  ( after his claims  )i  found 55 points left and a active order ( to pickup order ) : https://i.imgur.com/dcUB97W.png
