Hello everyone,
It's my misfortune that has caused me to open this deal dispute; while the better alternative was to deal with the people devsly in their internal discord simply, their continual denial of my money has simply been too great, and I have come to seek the return of my initial payment of two hundred and fifty dollars, Being held by @ZeroP. What was the cause of my uses of their services, and why am I seeking a refund? I'll be explaining in detail in this thread and presenting both sides as fairly as possible!

When looking for a developer, you look for components like reputation, customer satisfaction, and overall if the developer delivers on their promise; I, for one, was seeking such a developer and came upon cracked.io in the hopes of finding one, after comparing prices and seeing which dev had the most reputation, I came upon devsly. It had all the components that I was looking for, so on March 29, I opened a ticket in their Discord. Now before I tell you about the content of the ticket, I need to explain what I'm looking for in my project. In Minecraft there's a thing called username, everyone has one unique name, and when someone changes that name, it would be unavailable for 40 days, in the first 30 days the people who changed the username can claim it back by changing it back, but after the 30 day period, it would be no longer claimable by the original owner and everyone now has a chance to claim it as fast as possible when it drops. What I wanted the people at devsly to make was a Minecraft username sniper, that can get names I wanted because the mc market is a great business with a lot of profits if the program/bot is successful in sniping the usernames. Now back to the ticket, I asked for a bot that can do just that, snipe usernames, while I was vague in the initial details, every action afterward suggested that I was looking for good usernames, username that had value because if I wanted some shit username I wouldn't need a bot to claim it, I can go to settings and do it myself, I paid @ZeroP an initial amount of $250 with another $250 upon the completion of the project, which is when the program can show it can snipe good usernames. During this entire process the dev working on the project although sometimes had slow response times, still told me all the details I need and helped me when there's an error, Now this is the first issue, during this entire process there has been numerous times where the program didn't succeed in claim the name, which is understandable, but a lot of the times this is not because the program was slow, but it was because the program had issues, such as the following, on April 4th, the first attempt was made to snipe, using proxies I brought, I went for the username "Onesie", which it had the error of keep repeating "checking if onesie is avaible for snipe" over and over again, he explained afterwards that the detection was wrong and he needed to fix it and I need to wait until the 7th, when that date rolls around it was when the username "fiend" was dropping, the day before he promised his rewriting it, and it would be faster, on the 7th he says his still working on it and that the one I had "if I'm honest I doubt you can snipe anything rn", which is understandable, because version one isn't always the greatest, so we skipped "fiend". From the 7th to the 13th, he had exams, so it's understandable, on the 13th I asked for an update and got a response on the 14th, which was "I'll probably finish it tommorow :D It's 80% done". On the 18th he responds with "Well it's as I left it so 80% done still, I apparently got some sort of infection and I need to get antibiotics tomorrow", I'm assuming that during that 4 day period he had an illness and was not able to do anything, which is again, understandable. On the 21th, after 14 days of the initial promise for v2, he sent me the new code, and armed with ANGs proxies, I waited for the name drop to come, on the 24th I tried going to "Vampy", which was unsuccessful once AGAIN, due to another bug in the code? I mean the first time sure, but after that long of a wait for the new code just to be hit with a bug is frustrating, and showed that there was no testing in trying the program beforehand. He responded with "Ill look into it, and send u the fixed version". on the 25th I asked for an update and received no response, on the 26th he responded and said his working on it. On the 27th I asked for update and he said he will finish it in 2 days, on the 29th I asked for an update and he said his working on some new features (which I have no clue was even added to the sniper or not). On the 30th after waiting so long for that bug to be fixed, I set a deadline of April 7th for it to be able to snipe something, otherwise I'll request a refund.

The initial response from the staff of devsly was that "Did your initial order indicate that the program must capture a name?", I'll explain in a minute why this makes no sense, but basically after this the dev said the reason he can't snipe anything the program was because other sniper uses methods that make it impossible for me to snipe! After i pointed out that it was bullshit considering the method he said was something I mentioned in passing and that it has been patched since 2019/2020ish. On May first I asked for an update and he said he will work on it in an few hours, on the 4th he said his working on it again. On the 5th, he said he needed some alts so he could have a higher chance, in which I provided three all migrated (Meaning moved to Microsoft), no name cooldown (didn't have any name changes in the last 30 days), and all have the java addition of the game. on the 8th the new proxies I provided him seemed to not work, so I extended the deadline because that was my mistake, and now last night, I brought some fresh proxies from iproyal, and requested a username that was average, and surprise, surprise, it didn't hit the name.

Now, this is where the conflict came in, his new excuse is that (his older one where nonexistent 'method' didn't work out) so now his saying its because the big sniper have a lot of Minecraft accounts and that competing with them is too hard. I pointed out usernames that (the sniper missed because of bugs or was fixing at the time), names such as 'Trigger', 'Onesie', '490', 'Blossom', were all claimed by random people sniping the name and that if this were the case, then nobody would beat them out, and the big snipers would get every single name that's dropping, which isn't the cause, as the big sniper a lot of time don't hit. This argument makes no sense considering random people beat out some of the big snipers on the most hyped drops, the example shown, especially considering the fact that one of the "big" snipers was down. If these randoms people could be sniping the high tier usernames and even the low tier usernames against the sniper that was made for me, shows that the program/bot they made me can't even beat the random who are sniping using shit programs like MSCN or MCPY. They then use the same argument as before, that I ordered a program that can capture a name. Before I explain that to you I want you to imagine this, lets say you purchase discord nitro, for the benefit of animated emotes, but when you buy the nitro it didn't give you the animated emotes, and when you ask why it tells you, well, there's already free emotes. In this analogy, the free emotes represent shit usernames, that I can go in Minecraft settings and change, and the animated emotes represent good/decent usernames, and the nitro represent the sniper, If i paid for a sniper, I'm looking for the animted emotes, the good/decent usernames, I paid them to make me a sniper, Just like in the analogy I paid for the nitro, and then them telling me well as long as the program can get a username you should pay us, its like saying in the example you paid for nitro and instead of getting the animated emoji, I got the free ones. How stupid does that sound? If I wanted to do that I would have just gone to settings, and changed the username myself, aka using the free emotes.

This whole situation has been unfavorable for both of us, I understand the hardship you had to go through to make the program this month; I similarly had to pay for the expense that this program needed, around $60 total in proxies and more importantly I had the most favorable resource wasted, time. I hope that by writing this, the staff can side with me on the notion of a refund of my initial payment.

The full chatlog w/ the dev and ticket will be provided in DMS for the staff taking on this case. Similarly, if the staff wants to check out this sniper and deem the quality of the code I will be happy to provide it. If there are any additional questions please feel free to ask.

Cheers,
Love.

It's simple. You paid the developer for a sniping bot. He made that. There was no agreement to pay after he snipes username x or anything. In addition, you do not provide sufficient accounts etc.

There are many factors in sniping including luck, randomness, proxies, competition, network connection, number of accounts. Our dev is just responsible for the bot. It's implausible to make him responsible for all the factors he can't control.

Hi, If you take a look at my post, that should answer your question, but it seems like you have not, so I'll tell you here. I'll use the simplest language I can, I paid for a username sniper has not been able to snipe anything, and now your telling me that as long as the sniper can "claim" a username, I should pay you? I don't need to pay you $500 for a username sniper for something I can do in 3 seconds in mojang settings, I hope what you said was entirely satire, are you saying I paid you to make me something that as long as it can claim usernames, I should pay?? Using my allegory from before, Let's say this was a discord nitro, there's already a bunch of free emojis I can use without nitro, these represent the shit username I can just change in settings, anyone can do that, you don't need a sniper to do that, as nobody wants them and its always available. Now I paid for you to develop me a sniper that can snipe usernames, What do you think I wanted? Judging from ALL the initial conversion what was the usernames that I would want the sniper to snipe? Good/decent names, Why would I in the right mind pay for something that I can get for free? I truly don't understand how you can make that argument.

How have I not provided you with sufficient accounts? I have provided you 3 migrated, no cooldown on username, java accounts, for requested for a low competition username, and it has not hit, I have paid an additional $70 in proxies because the dev requested for good proxies so I have always brought the most expensive one, and your telling me I have not provided you with anything? The other factors ARE WHAT THE SNIPER SHOULD OVERCOME, THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT OF USING THE SNIPER, IF IT CAN"T EVEN COMPLETE BASIC TASK LIKE THE WHOLE LIST YOU JUST MENTIONED, WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR IT?  And yet for the whole 1+ month of development the sniper you made me has not been able to hit ANYTHING, always riddled with bugs and errors, I have provided my refund address in the original post.

Well, as you see in the ticket, our dev wanted to provide proof of it working, you declined. He asked for working accounts, you declined.

That’s crazy, if you scroll up and actually read the ticket, I provided him with a video of me logging in, but you do you I guess.
