As you see, the story is a bit different, he gave mc accounts to test with that don't even own minecraft, (Me and 1 other dev logged into minecraft.net with the accounts) they apparently didn't have minecraft, so couldn't even change the name, I can show any type of proof that the software is infact, working, and you agreed to the devsly tos when u purchased it, which means if the software works, you have to pay.
You can't create your own tos, and let's say I buy a minecraft account checker, and I don't get any hit from my combo, (in this case a mc acc that u provided us that didnt own mc.) and ask for a refund.
