Additional Information: He is a liar , in start i clearly said him i want private hotmail data , but he gave me raped , and then said that he dont give a f , if its raped , he just sell valid , i Cleary said i want private , but he is not refunding now.

This person did not specify that he needed a specific target and just asked for access to mail, I gave him a price of $60 for 1k lines. After that he asked me for a test, I refused him and he started knocking down the price. I didn't agree then he asked for my ltc wallet and sent 30$. I told him that the minimum purchase is from 1k lines, but I did him a favour and sold him 500 fresh hotmail access lines. Then he said his target was raped and asked for a refund. I refused him and he opened this dispute.
