Additional Information: So, as my last post, my account got blocked.
To update, I got blocked on Telegram and he deleted all the messages. Luckily I had made screenshots.
This guy is a scammer, he keeps ghosting messages and saying the same thing over and over when he's not.
He gently asked me to close the thread on the forum, which I did, because he said that he offered a replacement for it.
He at first said he will help me as much as he can, so I gave him my trust. But, it seems like this guy is not serious. He litterally blocked me.
When making a dispute, he will reply instantly of course, but ghosting when it's about fixing problems /..
Also, the account he sold me is completely cooked, he gave me pictures and the person litterally doesn't look the same on the 2 pics, they instantly refused my appeal. 
There's also another thing I would need to mention, he never told me that I would need to top up 20$ into my account until I paid and he verified it for me, so it's not "Fully Verified" but anyway i don't really care about that, if it was the only thing.
I couldn't get my money back, and I'm still trying to get it back till now.
I was stupid to close the old thread, please do not fall for this scammer, he will vanish with your money.

Its clearly listed that the account doesn’t include the $20 deposit you pay me for the kyc not deposit, you got the account blocked for suspicious activity if you check out my warranty then you know that im not responsible for it and i wont replace in any case

You litterally told me to do this to replace and you blocked me. Why blocking me? That doesn't make any sense. Don't say you'll replace it and to close the thread for it if it's for blocking me. You said you had "problems" and will replace it but all I got as a replacement is a block from you

@fishfillet47 Wise accounts has to be sold with the initial 20$ deposit made by the seller. Otherwise the account can't be considered as fully verified. You have 12hrs to refund OP
