Additional Information: TLDR; paid the product 2 days ago, said he'll process it after 10h = fail to process, next day he will "soon" process it then comes the 2nd day+ "I am finishing my internship course, so I don't have much time online, sorry for the inconvenience."
however if you check his thread, he's been bumping it and actively seeking customer.
