@lighttboy You are false advertising by giving out 100% success rates to your customers. You have 24hrs to do so and change any claims within your threads since it's clearly a false advertising and refund OP 50% of the said order since you've clearly failed to refund it and got his account banned.

@n00b002 As @lighttboy is not at fault for the account closure, you can return the items and get refunded. However @lighttboy will cover cost of returns(shipping fee etc) as well as your losses for the returns. @n00b002 Please PM me, @Liars & @lighttboy with proof and the exact figures needed to return the items in question. Do so within 24hrs.

Dear @Darkness and all participants of this dispute, I want to let you know some details regarding this situation.

These disputes and the forum administration exist to protect the rights and investments of users.I turned to this refunder to earn money, his services cost 20%, I was supposed to earn 80%, but because of his failure, I demanded only 50% because I honestly calculated my losses to be that much.

I'm in another country, and in order to successfully make a purchase through Amazon, I had to find a physical address in the USA and even pay a person to accept this package and send it to me in another continent.


*I lose credit card, physical address, amazon account*
Before opening a dispute, I asked him to help me win the chargeback process by providing me PR, to provide it to a bank as a proof, he refused me. After you make decision in my favor in this dispute, yesterday he text me and offered to provide PR so that I could close the dispute(Can provide all proofs).

Now when you closed dispute, I asked him the PR, he refuse, he play game with me. No respect for the customer.

Only thing I want to protect my investments, if you don't change your decision again(because he makes excuses that he is not guilty that account was closed, but it's my first account on Amazon, clear address and clear machine(IP)), let it be. I don’t want to return the item, and I don’t want him to pay for it, let him just give me PR so that I can win the chargeback process.
