Try go in install directory,
And read the file CriticalError.txt.

And post it here maybe, if you do not find the error yourself.

And make sure your PATH ENVIRONMENT IS CORRECT

Follow this guide to see if correct NET. Framework is used

Quote:Open Start.
Search for Command Prompt, right-click the top result, and select the Run as administrator option.
Type the following command to determine the version of .NET installed and press Enter:

reg query "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Net Framework Setup\NDP" /s


If you want to make sure that version 4.x is installed, then use this variant of the command:
