Probably, but you'll definitely have to put in a lot of works if you're below 20. I was also about to start it but I didn't want to deal with taxes and stuff. I recommend not worrying about it and start working on it. goodluck

It is BUT not for any type of dropshipping. Like if you are good with Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator and you can make beautiful art withit and you have a for example canvas print service that every time people order a Canvas (as example) and that company send it to the customer than its also dropshipping and if the quality of the canvas are good than you will also have good reviews about your quality cuz when you do basic dropshipping like trashy stuff from Ali than people will give you 1 star review and you dont want that so if you want a long term store inand you are good with photoshop or illustrator i think as example canvas dropshipping will be worth it
