<Fixes>
1. Fixed saving of time for updating proxies by links.
2. Fixed display of messages when updating in English.
3. Fixed SSL problems with the server.
4. Fixed the work of saving data to files in some problem cases.
5. Fixed work with some types of accounts in the Outlook web mail config.
6. Fixed a bug in terms of errors on the additional identification in IMAP for China.
7. Fixed crash when loading servers from the database.
8. Fixed load.
9. Fixed saving of server search settings by web configs.
10. Disabled Web.de mail config. many people complain that the speed has dropped. (Their proxy was banned by Web.de)

1. Added 2 new valid definitions in Apple's web mail config.
2. Added output of changes to HWID.
The data that has changed will be saved in a text document next to the software for review.
If in the future this function will be of little use, then we will remove it.
3. Added new definitions of invalid mail and dead server for IMAP / POP3.
4. Added division of errors into web mail configs in detailed error statistics.
