He stalls for hours saying he's fixing the config, eventually he sends me a "Updated Akamai Gen", but it turns out to be a RAT and a virus. Hes insisting that it works fine i tell him to AnyDesk and see for himself.
That's when I know he's scamming, right after i say that he tells me he needs to go to sleep:

afterwards i know that hes 100% scamming, wat confirms it more is i tell him i want a refund, i provide him my address and he tells me it's sent, but then he sends me the same TXID as the one i sent him earlier .

MATCH THAT TXID TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT I SENT HIM^^
After this i knew 100000% he was scamming, when i looked up his profile again you can see another victim he scammed

that person that he scammed he also claims he sent back the money, but the txids don't match as well ^
@Liars this person is 1000% exit scamming and you shoould take action before he scams many more people.
