Super easy works in most eu countries.
Works best in Germany, France, Austria, Netherland, Britain

Buy a 50€ steam card, it has to be steam because it's not transparrent even for the shops at all. Keep the bill.
Then wait 40 to 60 Minutes and don't redeem it but write down the code.
If you can, go to the same cashier if not it's okay and tell them that your card doesn't work.
They will maybe try to call some people but steam doesn't support shops in these cases so the will keep the card and give you the money back or a new card.

Important: It has to be a big shop for example a big supermarket and not a small shop.
Also, don't redeem the card until you got the money back or a new one because they may try to reactivate it and let you try to redeem it again.
