Easiest coin to mine for newbies?

I am hoping to mine Cryptocurrency but am new and my computer specs aren't great.
I have an Intel i7 2600k CPU and no compatible GPU with most miners.
Is there a way I could either mine through a browser, virtual machine or on Google Cloud?
And what would be the easiest and most profitable currency to mine for a beginner.
I opened an Exodus wallet 2 weeks ago and got a couple of Bitcoin payments for my online store, but have no money to invest in this.
I am hoping to find a currency I can mine a lot to either use on Bit Refill or to convert to Bitcoin on Exodus wallet.
Any help is appreciated.

I just got the Windows Unmineable app and I am mining Nano as the minimum payout is lower. Also trying to put Windows 7 inside Linux machine on Google Cloud to mine it that way too.
