Both implementations go towards the same goal: depolluting the reply section under a thread, mostly useful for sale threads.
Those posts don't add any value to the thread as well as polluting the replies which could be used for questions relevant to the thread and inform better potential buyers.
For the bump button:
Send the thread to the 1st page just like any comment would WITHOUT adding the comment (current setup)
A threshold could be added for the bump button to prevent people bumping 50 of their threads at once (5min cooldown could work well)
For the ban of GLWS comments:
Pretty self-explanatory tbh
