@Elite-X refusing to refund me | 13$

Additional Information:I purchased a NordVPN account from  "Elitex" for $13. Initially, I was able to sign in without any issues, but  after,I could not connect to any servers I encountered the error message: "OpenVPN error: verification failed." This error typically occurs when an account has been overused and wont work for newer sessions.
I contacted the seller, providing a screenshot of the issue, and requested either a replacement or a refund. The seller insisted that the account was functional, he was claiming that he is able to connect to any server , (which might be true for an old session), and refused to offer any solution leaving me with an unusable account..
After wasting my time, I no longer need a replacement , i just want a refund now.

@Darkness, I am sending the full chat logs from the Telegram backup along with the account information.
The customer claims the account is non-functional, but this is not accurate. It appears that the customer is attempting to obtain the account and also request a refund, which is unfortunate.

The error “OpenVPN error: verification failed” is not directly caused by an account being overused. This issue typically arises due to configuration errors, server-side restrictions, or certificate mismatches. It is unrelated to whether an account is active or overused.
Source OPENVPN support center.

Make sure you do proper research before writing anything

I'm waiting for the moderator's reply. You will not be receiving a refund, only a replacement account, which will be provided along with the moderators so they can also verify the account's status. It's quite childish to buy something and then claim you no longer need it and demand a refund.

you should have made sure your accounts are working and not raped, instead of wasting your customers time
I bought an account from @bl4cklak3 's shop and it worked with same config,

If you're having issues why not go to him and buy from there instead Im sure @bl4cklak3 is also dealing with DWC because of you I honestly don't understand why customers like you exist on our forum It's quite frustrating
