Emoji Bar Option For SB

- This is something very minor but I find it a little tedious to scroll through the emoji box in SB to pick out an emoji when I don't remember the wording for it.

Suggestion:

- Make an option for users to enable an emoji bar under the message box.
- Either let them customize the bar to meet their personal taste or have it automatically set to their most used emojis or even a preset set of emojis.
- Have is disabled by default of course.
