Hello. I don't know what's wrong with this situation
We added seller in ticket and seller has 24 hours for answer,he can refund or replace
We never scammed any people.
Your ticket was refunded

For future. If you will make video from purchase to login and send in ticket-we will check it faster.
You must to understand,it is brute accounts,sometimes it can be invalid and we refund accounts like that
