I need a tool to handle 500 mb files,
i search, only remove capture from mail:pass xxx format,

you just need to search for how to remove after offset

: = seperator
\s = whitespace

^.{1,}:.{1,}\s

insert in to filter, enable regex and extract strings.

Open it in notepad ++
Press Ctrl+Shift+F
Got to Replace tab
Under Find what: enter "any common character after you user:pass like 'Space' or '|'" .*
Example or unfiltered data:- user:pass| djdjdj djdjdj
Then enter: |.*
Select regular expression at Search mode and press Replace All
