@ragnardc why are you asking for the 100 euro, you know the 100 euro were kept by you when you sent him the payment, you either have to send him 100 more to complete the 470 euro, or the situation will be solved with your current payment of 370 euro which includes the 100 euro he would need to refund already deducted.
