It would make no sense at all that he sent you 470 euro (what he owes) before teken decided if you have to send him 100 euro back from this dispute or not.
Therefore he sent you 370 (the rest) and the other 100 will either be sent to you, or not.
If teken decides you have to refund the 100 euro from this thread, then the situation is resolved and he doesn't have to send you anything and you don't have to send him anything.

I'm tired of telling you that it doesn't matter where your track number was sent from! You did not inform me about this before using my service and you didn't ask me to send it from Europe!
