Step 1.
Create an EVGA account.

Step 2.
Find a serial number for the graphics card you want.

Step 3.
Register your RMA form and wait for it to be approved, they will then send you a label or you print out your own.
For beginners, I highly recommend standard RMA, as Cross-ship requires a VCC and a whole lot of other shit that I can't be bothered to explain.

Step 4.
Create an invoice from a local store and upload it to the EVGA website, along with your RMA.

Step 5.
Now we FTIDv3 the label!
After roughly 2-3 weeks recontact them, and ask what's going on with your RMA.
Ensure you keep your proof of postage, as you will be required to present it.

Step 6.
They will do an investigation, however this is just them checking CCTV.
They will then ask you to make a claim with UPS (ups.com/claim).
Once the claim is approved (1-2 weeks), recontact EVGA again.
Then, they will either ship you out a new card or they will send you the money the GPU is worth.

I personally recommend sending this to a drop, although with FTID they can't really do much (in terms of billing). Do with this information what you please.
