I decided to release this program, because its better to post it here than je*k off on it.
The program has many features that should every windowsie have.

Removed functions:
Silent miner killer - kills process with usage higher than 96%
Sandbox - that would take twice much code as this whole program

Im going to check this out it looks like a keeper only thing i see on the dash of this application that would also be of great use is password protection so that options cannot be changed without the permission of the admin . Cant wait to see the results......
