Can he provide a history of correspondence with me - and also with the store where he purchased the account, the store wrote about how he has to connect to the account and check it.

He bought an account from a person @dongoldstein https://cracked.io/dongoldstein  and blocked it too! 
I think he buys accounts on purpose, blocks them and then asks for a refund! 
He just doesn't know how to use accounts - that's why he always has them blocked!

The problem is with the users, not the accounts!

You yourself confirmed that you used a VPN. 
When proxies were given to you as a package and you were told not to use a VPN.

I'm sending a message because I'm tagged in the thread.
He bought a wise personal account from me before and the account was closed. When he asked for a refund, I told him that it was an error caused by him, that the account was not guaranteed and that I had repeatedly stated that it was not guaranteed.
Having said that, he took screenshots of several episodes and deleted all conversations.
I couldn't defend myself because he deleted the conversations and he got a refund from me with false statements.
Moreover, he lied saying, "I didn't delete the messages, the seller did."
I see he did the same to another seller. The owner of the complaint does not know what he is doing and is hurting the sellers here.
I hope the moderator will review previous complaints when making a decision.

In addition, Wise or any such account cannot be logged with VPN, and should not be done. The VPN can be easily detected and the account is closed instantly. I say this to all my customers who buy it. The complainant thinks he knows everything very well and ignores the warnings of the sellers.

By vpn i mean proxy
as proxy cant be directly used in mobile i had to use a VPN with proxy credentials

In above case no chats were deleted and i have sent all hats to admin
if account was blocked due to ip you can easily unblock by sending ID docs. Why isn't it unblocked in above case
