He blocks every account he buys, using them incorrectly and contrary to the requirements that are written to him when buying goods! Each store when buying a product gives information on how to use the account and what you need to do for it! If the buyer has questions - he asks them after buying an account, and then perform some actions! This buyer does not care about the requirements of the service, and then tries to brazenly lie and make himself look innocent in this arbitration! In my case, the buyer received a fully working account, with screenshots/documents/information on the use of the account/account is not one day - it was lying before the sale to the client, as well as the mail has letters of successful verification!
