I was wondering if anyone can explain me how to do those fade text posts, usually the GLWS ones.

Colorizing your text is made pretty easy with the use of online scripts such as the one provided below. All you need to do is enter your text, select your preferences and then copy the code from the section that says "BBcode for this text:".
