Haha bro there is nothing failed. It arrived at parcel investigation, but it's not my fault. I cant do anything against that it just happen Random.

And the big Point is, that i am responsible for the RTS status

The DHL Tracking Shows at the top „Return to sender
Delivered to: Sender (orig.)“

So my job is done, i did my RTS & it gets shown as delivered to Sender. Everything Fine


Next Time just say that u need a „delivered“ in the history too & what i can do for u. But dont just say „its in Investigation“ „its failed“ and stuff. For sure i am getting pissed and wont help you.

Just say u want a drop for extra „delivered“ and we clarify that. Also there Are no refunds only redrops.

The problem is it wasn't delivered to sender which you can't understand. No store is going to work when tracking looks like this. I don't want any redrop on fucked tracking, I am looking for refund.
