He negative repped me after he knew he lost the dispute
Guy just revenge repped me just because he sold me two defective accounts
Of course he's going to negative rep me, because he lost the dispute!
That is not a valid reason to negative rep someone just because they sold them accounts that don't work and not willing to settle with it
