So this is chat between this guy and our support. Chat says it all very clearly , the OP made a purchase for facebook ads FA he received hes products , some of them were faulty according to the customer so our support waited off for new stock and replaced as customer asked for 12 valid logins with total email count for inboxed target of 20-50 emails.
Customer has been provided with a test since the begin of the chat and didn't have to buy if he didn't like the product ( that's why the test was provided ) he got the test and purchased more logs after agreeing to the terms on site which clearly say NO REFUNDS just replaces for 2fa/invalids accounts . We replace ONLY invalid and 2fa accounts we do not replace if it's "raped" like he says that's why there was a test provided before buying. Customer bought random logs for lower price with variety of 1-100+ emails count from the sender @fb ads and then he asked instead of getting 40 replacements which is also incorrect but our support agreed, the customer wanted 12 mails with 20-50+ emails from sender which were provided.
Our support did everything correctly eventho the communication with the customer was very hard because he uses google translate for every one of hes messages. Now it seems like after the customer received more then 80 working logs he just wants a refund on top of it as free logs and when that was rejected to him by chat on telegram he opened a scam report on here which is pathetic in my opinion because if he didn't like the products he wouldn't have bought in the first place but obviously he thought it will work to get a refund after successfully obtaining so many logs .
We sold many many accounts since our shop opening and we never had such a customer before but i guess there is a first time for everything. As our terms state and customer agreed to them there are no refunds , he already got hes replacements and now just wants to ruin my reputation by reporting me on here. Also as you all can read on the chat and on our terms we never agreed or even mentioned replaces for "raped logs" as customer calls them because there is no guarantee that the customer didn't loot the logs and then report them as looted. We provided valid working hotmail logs but as i said the communication with the customer was very bad since he doesn't understand English and probably didn't understand the messages of our support correctly.

* the customer kept saying he wants NOT RAPED he was shouting at the support but as support said many times in the chat ( also visible in the pictures the OP took ) we do not give warranty on that , it's mentioned couple of times that warranty only goes for 2fa/invalids customer had a test and he made hes choice received working accounts and now wants a refund after receiving and using all of the logs. *
Also it was explained multiple times to the customer that those accounts are on random that is why we provide much lower price then the other sellers on the market. Simply customer replied that he doesn't care what we say and he wants a refund or he will report our shop on cracked. Here is one of the pictures taken by the customer where it's clearly said once again the we can replace invalid/2fa or account not linked but we DO NOT replace looted ones.

All he says is I WANT and that's all he cares about, in overall probably one of the worst customers we ever dealt with.
*also i want to point out that in my opinion this is a multi account of a old cio scammer so feel free to check if it's a multi.
