Filtering copy-pasted threads and stealing content from OC

This is not an easy task, but it would be a great addiction if there was a bot filtering copy-pasted threads, I've seen the same thread like 15 times, and it's just people farming likes and rep, something that is unfair to other members.

A bot that would filter the amount of letters and compare it with other threads on the same subforum or similar subforums.

If the bot detects more than 25 words equal to other thread it auto-deletes it + poster receives a warn for it.

This would prevent copy-pasted threads and stealing content from the original creators.
 

This would also help the moderation of this forum, since moderators receive multiple reports regarding thread stealing.

Let aside that original creators are often not even the original creators, how do you regulate threads that are not blatant reposts?
What if you and I submit a thread based on the same tool but the thread's structure is completely different?
Should my thread get deleted because you posted the same tool first? If yes, should we delete all duplicate threads of the same tool?
Should we also apply this rule to the Monetizing Techniques forum, where all threads are the same except for the referral code?

I agree, bot should detect same links... For example you create a thread to download something and contains a github, anonfiles, mega link and if I paste that same link in my own thread it should be auto-deleted or get a warning.
