Does something like this exist? I'm lazy af and don't really care about my money, so I'd rather pay someone else to do the thing I want/need doing...

For whitehat purposes yes. Fiverr but also upwork do allow that. If you're more looking towards the blackhat side, no there is not.
Your best bet is to use forums like this to find the people for your jobs and hope they don't scam you lol
