Fix LeechBot

Fix the Leechbot so it warns leechers at 5 posts with a 50% warn and bans users at 10 or 15 posts.

That's what I like to hear. I see it as it would save staff time on having to deal with the same reports day after day

Staff wouldn't have to deal with reports like hitloggers in figs either if people like you checked what you was posting, i think you should focus on what your already doing and leave staff to run how they want.

Thats the bot I was mentioning, sorry I didn't know the name. From what I heard though it didn't ban till 40 posts without a thread

If it is possible I feel like the bot should also be able to pick up posts like this one and automatically delete it and warn the user for spam
