paid for 30 days dc proxies got to use it for like 5 hours then it stopped working contacted support and they said they having problem and its gonna get fixed few days later nothing is working then i asked for a refund they said they not gonna refund me but instead they gonna give me balance to use when they fix the problem its been like 2 months now i think didn't get a refund or balance or an answer
just refund the amount i paid on April 14th 2023
