Step 1: Lookup MD Doctors near me (use one with 2 to 3 stars so hes more unknown)
Step 2: Note down their First and Last Name + address of their doctors office etc.
Step 3: Go to
https://npinumberlookup.org put in the data of the doctor and then you should have his NPI
Step 4: Get a name & DOB of a person who lives in the same city
Step 5: Call a pharmacy either with same area code or just anonymous (one of these is obviously better than the other)
Step 6: Call a pharmacy and pretend to be the doctor. State who you are state what you are doing (prescribing medication for a patient of yours) and give them the NPI.
Step 7: They ask for patients name and DOB. You provide it and spell out the name of the patient with letter abbreviations (A as in apple etc etc.)
Step 8: They ask what medication
Step 9: You tell them what you want Adderral or whatever and in what mg please look up the medical term of the medication before this ofc aswell). And that the patient has to take for example one every morning or 2 one in the morning one after lunch bla bla bla.
Step 10: They will now ask for the NPI again and also the phone number of your doctors office (this is like fake PR department so you provide them another phone number of yours). (90% of the time they dont actually call the number but if they do you just pick up and confirm what they are asking. just dont be a retard here)
Step 11: Now they say yes we will get that ready tell them thank you have a blessed day and then hang up.
Step 12: Call the pharmacy from another phone number and say you are the patient and would like to know if your prescription is ready. Then you can also ask them if the insurance will cover the medication or not if yes then for free if not then its a couple dollars.
Step 13: Go pharmacy and get your pills/drugs.
